Please remember this is ONLY for recycling. Trash is collected privately and may not be affected by the County’s schedule.

Meeting Dates

Meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month unless otherwise noted. Meetings begin at 6:30 pm and are being held virtually while schools and other public facilities remain closed to outside meetings. Meeting information was mailed to all Brandermill owners and is available by email. Meetings in 2022 are scheduled for:

Who are the Board of Directors and what do they do for the Association?
The five members of the Board of Directors are homeowner volunteers who are elected by the members of the Association. Only members of The Brandermill Association may serve on the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors is responsible for the operation of the community. The Board works closely with the managing agent to

*ensure that the common areas are maintained,
*monitor the Association’s contracts with vendors
*ensure that the common elements are properly insured
*prepare the Association’s annual budget
*ensure that homeowner assessments are paid in a timely fashion and that action is taken to secure the Association’s interests in the event of delinquency
